  • Theme & Event Design 
  • Logistics & Event Production 
  • Source Vendors with a focus on local, minority businesses 
  • Venue Sourcing: Identify a Venue, host (2) walk-throughs, be the Point of Contact for all communications
  • Day of Management- onsite from its first spark to the final applause.
  • Choose from add-on services: Volunteer Management, Vendor Management, Guest Management, Budget Management, and Sponsorship Management.

This multi-faceted process can take countless hours of tedious paperwork, and one festival can take more than 10 permits! 

We work with the City departments to pull all permits such as: 

  • Electrical Permits 
  • Fire Permits 
  • Building Permits 
  • Temporary Use Permits 
  • Liquor License with the MLCC
  • We schedule inspections and submit paperwork for approvals.
